Clear Aligners are a modern, nearly invisible alternative to traditional metal braces. Using advanced 3D printing technology, we create a series of custom-made plastic trays that gradually move your teeth into their ideal positions.

Unlike metal braces, clear aligners are removable, allowing you to eat your favorite foods and maintain your oral hygiene with ease. They are made from biocompatible, BPA-free medical-grade plastic, ensuring a comfortable fit without the irritation of wires and brackets.

The Aligner Journey

Your journey starts with a 3D digital scan, which we use to create a customized treatment plan. You'll receive a series of aligners, each to be worn for about 1-2 weeks. As you progress through the series, your teeth will move bit by bit until they reach the final, beautiful position.

FlexrPro™ Tri-Laminar Technology

Neural Hive Technologies is pleased to introduce FlexrPro™ – a state of the art tri-laminar clear aligner material, which is an integral component of the Crystle™ clear aligner constructor system.

FlexrPro™ is amongst the current generation of tri-laminar or three layered aligner materials with properties that are comparable to the world’s leading brands. The tri-laminar construction with the elastomeric core ensures consistent forces during the treatment period, impact protection and excellent recovery from deformation.

With unparalleled patient comfort characteristics, the material allows for the most intuitive aligner insertion combined with crystal clear clarity and improved stain resistance properties. The material is virtually crack resistant and has predictable and process controlled handling characteristics for pressure forming and trimming. The double foil protection ensures delivery of scratch free aligners to the patient.

Why Tri-Laminar? The Gold Standard of Care

FlexrPro™ comprises three distinct layers – an inner elastomeric lamina sandwiched between two thinner and more rigid elastic shells. The characteristics of tri-laminar materials today are considered the industry gold standard of care in the clear aligner space.

The inner elastomeric lamina provides the exceptional flexibility and rebound characteristics, while the rigid double shell provides the impact protection while closely adapting to the tooth surface to facilitate even complex tooth movements such as intrusion, extrusion and rotation.

In contrast to single layered materials that are unable to offer consistent tooth moving forces over a period of time due to deformation, the tri-laminar FlexrPro™ aligner material is setting new standards in continuous force transmission characteristics.

Single layered aligner materials exert high initial force and tend to rapidly degrade and lose their effectiveness. The elastomeric inner core with the double shell rigid protective outer layers exert a lower initial force but maintain the optimal force consistency over sustained treatment periods.

Impact from occlusal forces lead to aligner deformation during wearing time. This deformation also reduces the aligners’ tooth movement effectiveness. With standard single layered aligner materials, the loss of tooth movement effectiveness due to permanent deformation can amount to as much as 50% during the first days of aligner wearing.

The inner elastomeric core of the tri-laminar FlexrPro™ construction with its enhanced elastic properties significantly prevents the permanent deformation from forces over a much longer period of time. The ability of FlexrPro™ to bounce back and not deform under occlusal forces, translates to a 72% more effective tooth movement characteristic as compared to a singly layered material, resulting in more predictable and continuous forces during the aligner treatment period.
